Hello,
I'm six weeks pregnant and have been experiencing diarrhea lately. I also have had some nausea and dizziness. This morning, I had nausea and dizziness, and then a diarrhea attack. The stool wasn't quite red, but kind of an orange-red. Yesterday, I did have pizza for lunch (so, there was tomato paste). Looking on the internet, these symptoms all seem to be possible warning signs together, but then pregnancy doesn't ever factor in at these sites. Should I be concerned, or is it just likely that the tomato paste changed the color of my bowels?
