I had my gallbladder removed last year. Im still having sharp pains on my right side of my back. Some times it really scares me its so sharp.
Almost like someone is stabbing me in the lower back. The pain comes and goes. I was just wondering if this is normal after you have surgery.

Hi shan38, my cousin had this surgery done last year and she doesn't say that she has anything like that so I don't think that it's totally typical. How soon can you see a doctor about this? I think it might be a good idea beause it is not typical and I don't know if it's realted to the gal bladder surgery since the gallbladder is on the left side, if I'm not mistaken. Keep us posted, okay?
