GF/CF Diet too expensive

Hi! Our 1 and a half year old daughter is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We were advised to start with GFCF diet. And we did it but I think it’s too expensive and won’t give any results. I’ve decided to quit it but my wife is angry with me now so I wonder if there’s any cheaper supplement to GFCF diet? Thanks.

Yes it’s too expensive! It’s hard too! But it’s worth it! That is if your child is going to be any better nothing is too expensive. I witnessed the improvement of my child’s condition that is also diagnosed with autism. Few weeks after I put him on the GFCF diet he started making eye contact, his muscles tone is obvious now and at one point he recognized himself on family video we’ve shouted. He manages now to speak up to 5words in a “normal” sentence. Just be patient and try to keep on with that diet. It might take a weeks or even months for improvement but after the results you’ll be thinking just like I do- GFCF diet is worth every penny.
