GI symptoms & lumps in belly

I have recently noticed in the last week a few hards lumps in my upper abdomen. They don't really hurt to touch. I'm not really constipation but I have had extreme gas that hasn't been easy to pass. This trapped gas has caused me to get up out of my seat and hunch over several times. The last couple of days I've been queesy and sick to my stomach at night (and no I am not pregnant) and I only eat a little bit before I feel full. Only a little bit of indigestion, no more than usual. Does anyone have a clue what it might be. I know I need to go to the doctor and probably will soon but I'm scared and want to have some kind of clue of what it might be so I can describe at the important symptoms that are related. HELP!
