Galachtorrea (sp?) how common and is it connected with wieght gain?

Hello- I have hypothyroidism, and a few years ago was diagnosed with galachtohrea (sp). This is where I have breast milk- no it does not leak out, but can make my breasts swell immensely. I have been gaining weight quite fast, and I think my thyroid is acting goofy again. However- I have NEVER seen an endocrinologist for this, should I? I am currently on Levothyroxine. WOuld it be bad to use adderall or wellbutrin or concerta with Levothyroxine?
