I had my gall bladder out and I successfully lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time. I lost 50 pounds in about 3 or 4 months on the Extreme Fat Smash diet. It is an awesome diet. It is fruits and veggies and yogurt and all good things for you. There are about 3 or 4 phases to the diet so your body doesn't get used to what you are eating and when you lose the weight you want to, there is a maintenance phase to keep you on track and not gain the weight back.
