Gall bladder surgery site torn loose

10 years ago I had my gall bladder removed and about one year later I was in the Gym working out. ( I was a powerlifter and lifting heavy weights) I had a severe pain in the abdominal and got very hot. I felt like I was going to pass out. I felt bad for over 2 weeks. Like a big hang over. I am sure the surgery site was torn but no Dr will even consider that as a possiblity. What could I do to get help.
