Gallbladder Removal

My wife had her gallbladder removed by keyhole surgery on Monday (26/11) and she was discharged on Tueday morning. She was recovering fine until she turned in bed on Wednesday morning and she got an very severe pain in her abdomen, her right side, shoulder and right arm. Since then she has been in constant acute pain. The painkillers don't seem to help relieve the pain.

Any views/advice would be gratefully appreciated.
