Hello,

My Mother had her gallbladder removed about two months ago. After surgery her liver enzymes (spelling?) count was high, and still is, so she has to have another test at the end of this week to see if it is still high. Lately her feet and hands have been swelling pretty bad. Could it be caused by her gallbladder being removed or her liver count being up? Also, if anyone knows why or has ever heard of a liver count being up after gallbladder surgery any information pertaining to why or how, or anything honestly, would be quite helpful and very much so appreciated.

Thanks!
