Hi
I would like to know what foods I can eat after my Gallbladder was removed (about a week ago). Everyone says, light healty foods. But that does not help me. Beans are very healty too, but I can not digest that yet. And peas are a big no no as well.
What kind of vegetables and fruits can I eat? Specifically please? I've run out of ideas on what to cook and eat. It can't be light chickenbroth all the time, can it?
