I am getting (R) chest pain like a knife into my back affecting my (R) arm. the pain can be a 9 at a time, however it does not last long. I also feel as though I have a lump in the throat. this pain is not necessarily related to food, however it does come more often after a meal. I will take Tums and it does help a little.
