About 2 weeks ago i went to the doctor for severe stomache pain and back pain and he diagnosed me with gallstones and he gave me medicine 2 types aswell well they are not working and right now i am in massive amounts of pain the lower part of my back feels numb and so does my side is this really Gallstones or could it be somethin else.. Ontop of this i have missed a couple periods i dont know im confused and in tons of pain

Gallstones can certainly give you such symptoms. I know because I have suffered the same until I had them removed, together with my gallbladder.
What kind of drugs have you been given? I myself had no relief from medicines only diarrhea.

I reckon you should definitely report to your doctor that these drugs are not working for you and you should talk to him about what to do next in order to relieve your troubles.
