Embarassed

For several years, my stomach had been grumbling all the time even when I'm not hungry and it's so embarrassing. People don't say anything but I know they can hear me. Sometimes I can't go to the bathroom for a long time and I on top of that I have gas after every snack or meal that I have. I want this to end, please help me. Is there a cure or even a home remedy? Help Me!!!
