Hey, I have a problem.....Gas is formed in my stomach during the day and after I have my food....and this leads to fatting....its really embrassing for me could you please give me a solution.
Intially I thought its because of some citric fruits or drinks containg soda or gas...but I figured that even after I stopped having them..the problem remains the same...so could you please help with solve it.
