Hello, as with any other cancer, gastric cancer in early stages has very mild or no symptoms. And those symptoms are usually very similar to indigestion symptoms. These symptoms include feeling full after a small meal, heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, difficulty swallowing.
But, as the cancer advances, there are symptoms as weigh loss, vomiting blood, blood in stool. Stool might seem dark, even black. The reason is because of blood. Some people just simply think they have black stool. This is not the case- it is blood in the stool. So, the blood can go unnoticed, but after period of time this can cause anemia.
