Hi, I am 62 years old male and I have gastric problems in last few months. I feel mild pain in my abdomen and my appetite is weaker than it was before. I have also lost few pounds lately. I had similar symptoms before so I don't know if I need to visit my doctor.

Hi, I had similar symptoms last year and I didn't go to see my doctor until pain in my stomach became very strong. Doctor suggested me to make gastroscopy and he found ulcer in my stomach. I suggest you to visit your doctor and take therapy if needed. It is always better way to discover cause earlier.

It sounds like a peptic ulcer could be the cause but its best to see what your doctor says.

a list of symptoms can be found here
