Most of us know that it is possible to choose the child’s sex today. This doesn’t include natural conception but only those that were induced by IVF treatment.

To choose or not to choose was always a moral dilemma and different people have different moral standards. As far as I heard, it may be possible to choose the babies looks, like eye and skin color.
Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) have made their decision and condemned the use of pre-implantation genetic testing techniques for such irrelevant issues like baby’s sex and skin color. The genetic testing will be banned in the new law that is being created and the testing will only be used in high-risk patients who may be genitally predisposed to serious medical conditions

Smart choice in my opinion.
