I'm 38 weeks pregnant today and I have HPV. My doctor was in the process of treating the genital warts when I got pregnant and he told me there was nothing he could do until after I gave birth. I'm really scared to give birth because I don't want the warts to affect the baby. I would like to have a vaginal birth because the warts are not blocking the opening of my vagina, they're on the outer labia and I'd rather not deal with a newborn, incision care and genital warts. Can anyone give me some information as to whether delivering vaginally with genital warts will affect my baby???
