Hi, first you need to check if he is still sexually aroused as before at the same stimulant. If the answer is yes, then there is a problem in erectile function. If not, that is the key, insufficient stimulation. A person must be what is right for it, in order to achieve greater sexual pleasure. Various kinds of genital stimulation such as masturbation, intercourse, and oral or manual stimulation can be used to help experiencing an orgasm. It is the brain that is responsible for feeling pleasure not sex organs.
