hi im 16 never had sex and i dont know if i have genetal warts or not because i have lots of tiny lumps (like pimples) at the base of my penis and about 4 at the top please i need to know if there genital wrats or something simple so my g/f and i can express love

i was watching the embarassing ill ness clinic lol and the guy said that sometimes a ring on white lumps at the top of your penis could be normal, i have had warts but im not sure if you ave cos am a girl, but sometimes in your case lumps could be normal, but you better go to a Gum clinic,,dont give your gf warts there so annoying Razz hope that helped x x
