Getting Heart Flutters for a few weeks now

Hi

I am a 39 year old man, slightly overweight, for a little while now i have been getting flutters at the top of my stomach below the sternum, which is causing my to feel like i am having breathing difficulties.

Can anyone tell me what, if anything this is or why its happening.

Any symptom that is lasting that long WITH shortness of breath, you should see your doctor. Could be anything from anxiety to a heart problem.
