So resently i've been getting really bad headaches after drinking caffine, they're almost migranes. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me why this is because i've been drinking caffine since I was young and It's only started happening now ?

I do get migranes during my period so could if be linked in anyway?

I read in an article once that caffeine can cause headaches.

Why don't you try decaffinated and see what happens
