Ok..I've never heard of this happening but here goes..the side of my glans penis hurts when i START to get turned on or when I wake in the morning..but when I'm fully erect..it goes away, it's like at the side of the tip..the urethra is un-involved..if i squeeze the glans a bit i can feel it..I don't think it's the skin...help?
