Hello,
The product is ephedra free, but it containes extract of guarana, tea, bitter orange, which works as a stimulant and can make you nervous if taken in high doses. In Chinese medicine this extract was used to stimulate Qi. Some friends consumed GlycoLean and they say it is effective, while using it, but after that- it is all back. So, when you stop using GlycoLean, you are supposed to find some other alternative that will keep your weight down. Besides that GlycoLean “promotes” bad eating habits… I mean, drinking shakes and weight loss supplements.
