I have to say that I have been planning on starting with a healthy life for the past couple of years but there was always something to prevent me from doing that. This time, everything is set, the exercises scheduled, the life reorganization done and the only thing left is the diet. Can you give me some good reasons to become a flexitarian?

That just might be the right thing for you. I mean, flexitarian is someone who uses the diets vegetarians use, but only the diets, not the ideology behind it. This means that meat is allowed occasionally. This is actually something that might be incorporated into the doctors’ advices about a balanced diet that includes all basic food types and as such, might work out well with your new life.
