Usually
Green Stool is not a reason to panic. Maybe you have eaten sth green- like green vegetables β¦ Also some vitamins and supplements, such as
iron, can cause green stool, although they are not green in colour. Reason might be physical-
bile is firstly green coloured, so if you digest to quickly, the stool can become green (because of bile) cos it didnβt had time to transform green colour into brown.
Donβt worry and try to pay attention to what you are eating. But if you are experiencing diarrhea, be careful not to dehydrate, in that case call doctor.
