Green coloured semen when ejaculating

Im 16 years old and when I ejaculate my semen is green coloured like snot however there are no lumps or foul smells and it does not hurt. I have never had sex or a sexual relationship with anyone however I very very rarely ejaculate ie once a year, is this why? Also it takes about 15-20 mins to ejaculate and I need hand soap and water to do it. Is this normal? Please help.
