I have alway experienced a small amount of white discharge, but for the past month I have thick green discharge which has a horrible smell. I am also getting bad back pain. I have been on the pill for coming up 1 year and have a long term boyfriend. Am scaried incase it is a STD. My boyfriend has been tested a few month back for STDs and got the all clear. I get the urge to pass water more and I only pass a small amount. Am really very worried, and to embarrassed to go to the doctors. I really need someones help !!!
You need to see a doctor because green discharge is always indicating some kind of bacterial infection. Don't play with your reproductive system, as you may stay infertile if you don't have this fixed. Bacterial infections are not something you would want to play with.
You might want to go check it out. It could be an STD's or unrinary track infection. I had UTI, which caused frequent urination and the urine came with blood. It was very light pink to red blood and caused pain and irritation. So, that might explain little but frequent urination. However, the doctor told me to come back if I were to throw up of have back pain of any sorts since that could be a sign of STD. Hope this helps....
