| Hello, okay I have a question and need to help to figure this out. I have this pain thats just been getting worse the past couple of weeks. Underneath my sternum, where your diaphram is inside is aching and pain is getting worse, it also feels like something stuck in there. I was reading about gull bladder and what it does..I do get the feeling like I want to vomit when I have a meal. For breakfast I changed to oat meal..but that hurt too..I skip lunch now..and for dinner it feels the same and even worse at some points...I know Im going to be told to go to the doctor..BUT you have to read on..Im currently stationed in Afghanistan and the med station here is just a med station. Theres not a full service hospital any where around here. So if I could get some remedies to help this pain or change my diet to make it go away or any kind of advice.... please let me know..I come home in November, so I have to wait a few months until I can have a hospital visit..Take care.. |
