I am 19 and me and my boy friend have anal sex often is thier any safe way of doing it some times it hurts and other times it don't

In my opinion, the most important thing about anal sex is good lubrication. You probably already know that there is no natural lubrication in the anus and rectum like there is on vagina or on the penis. This is why the inner lining of the rectum is far more sensitive and would bleed and hurt easier. It is also very dry and penis can’t get in or move, it is not comfortable for guys who are entering when the area is dry.

Besides lubrication it is important to make a good ground for entering the anal area. This means that it would be better if the anal area and opening muscle are massaged before entering. The massage could be made by circular motion and it could last for 5 minutes, it would be enough to relax the muscle and enable easier entrance.
