Since I was 16 I have noticed my nipples are getting bigger. Now I am 25 and I clearly see I really need gyno surgery. It’s not hurting me or disturbs me any other way but I feel ashamed each time I need to undress. I know it is possible to get rid of that. That’s why I would like to know if any guy has the same problem like me and if he was talking to the surgeon, what’s his opinion for gyno surgery?

I have absolutely the same problem like you do! Just I was started to think about this necessary Gyno surgery much before you. I even visited doctor and made some Gyno surgery preoperational consultations. I was so annoyed with my gyno that I told him to remove as much of glandular tissue that is possible. He didn’t agree with my wish, telling me that might leave an indentation where the nipple area is. He told me it wouldn’t look good if he excised too much of tissue, because there is thin tissue layer of pectoral muscle between that muscle and the skin. He promised it’s possible to remove most of glandular tissue during gyno surgery, and still leave some to make it look proportioned to the rest of my physique. I have heard it’s possible to remove 1/3 of the volume of chest when Gyno surgery is performed. I really hope I will get results very soon, and finally do it. You see you are not the only guy in this world with this kind of problem, and you see that can be solved by gyno surgery.

I'm 18 and have the same problem. I don't want to wait till i'm older, so just wondering if its risky or anything getting it done now? Also, health care being free in Canada, are surgeries of this type cost free?

You are all very young to be thinking about such a surgery. My advice would be to wait until you have finished having children because when you do, your areola (the dark brown of the nipple) expands and gets larger. This is a very useful thing when you are learning to breastfeed a baby as the baby is to be taking nearly all of the areola into the mouth when suching properly. Think this over very hard. Make sure that it is not something that is going to affect you when you are pregnant and then when you are trying to breastfeed.
Nipple/Areola are a natural part of the female body. They come in every shape and size imaginable. Don't be ashamed or embarassed of yourself. It is what is on the inside that counts. When you find the right guy, it wont matter if your nipple/areola is large or not, he will love you regardless.
Good luck!
