Pleeese help mee..sometimes my head hurts for the whole day and for a week..i've been having migraines and stomache pains, im also on my period which sucks!! I FEEL COLD AND SO TIRED, and constipated at times tooo..I FEEL LIKE I DONT HAVE ENERGY TO DO ANYTHING!! and i been getting a lot of white stuff on my toungue...=[ !!! wHATS HAPPENING?!?!!? ='[ im only 16
