HELP PLEASE. IT HURTS!

okay so my period started on the 1st of july and i bleed the 1st,2nd,3rd, and then the 4th i stopped(no bleeding whatsoever on the 4rth of july). then on the 5th i bleed some more. normal flow, then the 6th i spotted all day long then that was it.. today is the 13 and im having cramps like i have when i get my period. normally my periods are very painfull for about 3 or 4 days. and this time it was only painfull the first day. now on the 13 im having cramps that hurt really bad just like the ones with my period do. but im not bleeding. and my lower back hurts. what could it possibly be??
these cramps that im feeling feel like something is pushing from the inside out.. i cant even stand up straight..
what do yall think it could be????

Pain can be a lot things.

You may have an ovarian cyst rupture, which is very common in women.

Cysts are painful, and can be an easy explanation.

Get a check up by a gyn to be sure that everything is okay.
