HELP PLZ no period and not pregnant.

Hi, plz help me understand what is going on with my body. I am 23 yrs old and trying to get pregnant but have failed it seems for the last 2 months. For the first time ever my period has been late. It is now 4 days late and no signs of it coming either. About 2 months ago I had an IUD removed and im not sure if that would effect it but I was told that it would not. Anyways, aside from being late, I took a pregnancy test at 2 days late and it was negative. I have this awful bruise like pain that comes n goes in my uterus it seems directly below my navel and sometimes in my ovaries so it seems. What do u THINK it could be? Plz give me some advice…

I having problems getting pregnant I had a iud removed bout a month ago. I havent had a period yet.I really want another baby. I have been having sore breast, cramping. I took a preg. test it was negative.. I have got a ovalation kit. I was ovalating on the 20th of this month. Had sex every day since then. I worry that the iud is making it hard for me to have a baby....But my breat hurt all the time, waking up to go to the restroom late at nite, I trying to wait til about the middle of Dec. to take another test..Anyone having the same issue becoming pregnant....

I think you are pregnant. When I was pregnant I also had cramps and breast tenderness. And i went to the bathroom 2 to 3 times a night.
