hi i'm 15 years old and i'v bin feeling realy wierd latly. in my upper stomach i keep feeling my heart beat and all around i feel like theres worms inside my stomach area and i'm freakin owt!! i tryed taking medicin for upset stomachs but not working i have no pian and i'v bin having muscle spasu :? ms. CAN SOME ONE HELP ME PLZ.
