HELP! CHAPPED VAGINA?

hi,
i have been seeing this guy for a while and all we have done is kiss and dry hump. When we are doing this he is usually on top of me and rubbing hard against me down there... I noticed since I started doing this with him i am getting very dry down there and when i wipe after using the bathroom the skin is pretty sensitive and i keep getting what looks like little paper cuts down there... i stopped the dry humping for a few days and it got better, but it still seems weird to me.. do you have any idea what this is? Is it just from the rubbing from dry humping? Any thoughts or solutions? Thanks!
