HELP! SCARED OF BEING PREGNANT!

please please help, i am so scared. any help asap and i would be so grateful.

i finished my period on the 3rd jan 2007, me & my boyfriend had sex on that date and again on the 4th (thurs)

saturday morning came and he was fingering me when all this blood came???
later this day i had very bad stomach ache.

the same happened on the next day (sunday) and then i was sick from know where.

monday came, and i have now had very bad lower back pains which are still continuing now (weds).

we did use a condom, but we had to change condoms half way through sex. also he used his fingers on me before we started sex again to get it in easier, which maybe had sperm on?

WHAT I NEED TO KNOW:

IS IT LIKELY TO BECOME PREGNANT ONLY A FEW DAYS AFTER A PERIOD, OR NOT BECAUSE I HAVENT GONE THROUGH OVALUTION??

ARE ALL THESE SYMPTOMS LIKE SYMPTOMS OF PREGNANCY, I CONSULTED MY DOCTOR AND HE SAYS IT IS KIDNEY INFECTION - BUT I DONT DRINK ANYTHING BAD LIKE SODA'S TO CAUSE THIS :S

please any help would be fantastic. thank you all very much!!

Any time you have sex, you are risking pregnancy. But I would trust your doctor. You wouldn't be having symptoms only a couple days after sex.
