i skipped my last period, but this month it came really heavy.. its not normal i usually have very light periods and last only about 3 days, but this time i went through 5 tampons in one day!! i had really bad cramps yesterday it was to the point where my boyfriend couldnt even hug me... HELP WHATS GOING ON WITH ME???

depending on how old you are, you're body is still trying to regulate itself each time you have a period. It is completely normal to go back and forth with light periods to darker ones over time. As you get older, they may get heavier! Nothing is wrong with you. If your cramps hurt that much and you feel that they are so severe in which you cannot hug your boyfriend, then you should have a heating pad or a heated blanket. heat helps. take a hot hot shower or soak in the tub. just take time to relax and it will be over. remember, it is only a period so its not going to kill you :] hope this helped! I have some problems myself.
