HELP!!! Sharp side, back and shoulder pains

I've recently experienced very sharp lasting pains in my right side and my lower back, They are constant and very painfull across my lower back but mostly on the right side. I've had sharp pains in my right side for about 5-6 months that come and go but this started today and is worse than ever before
