Im 28 I was diagnosed with transverse militis & possibility of MS & fragile X. all in Oct 2007 i seem to be ok 90% do i need to loosing weight will it help? can i still have baby? any tips to get better? advise on exersice? advise on foods what to eat what not to eat? Much appreciate if someone and give sound advice THANK YOU Smile
