| Cum does not stay inside of me... it has been this way since i can remember after ejaculation and penis is pulled out all the cum comes out as well... if i use the bathroom directly after i can see it all in the toilet.. or it is on my sheets afterwards... wondering what is going on.. could this be why i have never gotten pregnant??? please anyone if you have something similar or the same thing going on HELP!?!?!?!?!?!? |

OK, engage your common sense just for a little while here. Do you think it is supposed to stay inside you? Every time? Depending on how sexually active your life is, you'd have several gallons in there by the time you hit retirement age. 
Seriously, the bulk of the seminal fluid will come back out. Have you ever seen a microscopic picture of a sperm cell? They swim. Eventually, 1 little guy is going to find your egg while the rest of them get washed out. |

| no i do not think it is all supposed to stay however, i do not ever remember this happening in the past. it was only a question and i was being curious.. i do know that sperm swin i am not a teenager here asking about something i know nothing about i am an adult. thank you for your responce! |

If you are attempting to get pregnant, there are some positions that are better for retaining seminal fluid than others.
As you might guess, those positions that keep the vagina tipped forward and the cervix at the base are more helpful to keep a pool of semen near the opening to the uterus. One of the better one's is "doggie style", or intercourse from the rear. The longer the woman can stay with her head and chest down and her hips up in the air, the greater the aid to the sperms.
Likewise, positions where the semen is likely to run out, (standing, seated) are less helpful. (But this does not mean you can't get pregnant in any position.)
