I recently detoxed myself of 4 year opiate addiction. Been 12 days now and have gotten alot of advice from other ex-addicts on things they used to help. Although none have used all at once. Is it safe to mix different herbs? These are my specific herbal choice concerns:
Valerian- for insomnia
+ Kava Kava - for anxiety
+ Gentian - for weight gain (ive been so sick detoxing ive lost almost 20 lbs and still have no appetite)
SO mixture would be: Valerian + Kava Kava + Gentian + Centrum Complete.
Just wanna get through this safely without any chance of new dependence
