HELP - losing erection because of precum

hi, i have quite a problem with precum ... i lose erection everytime this fluid leaks out of my penis ... and this happens EVERYtime i have an erection...

i get an erection, then after a few minutes (or even a few 10 seconds) precum leaks out of my penis (it doesnt matter if i stimulate my penis or not) and i dont feel anything, the problem is that i lose erection a few moments after that ... because of this i cant have intercourse with my girlfriend.

this happens only when im with my girlfriend ... when i masturbate its all normal - i have little or no precum and i ejaculate and orgasm normally

im 19 years old, these are my first experiences (i havent had sex/intercourse yet), but i've been masturbating for 7 years now - always without such problems.

i'd be very happy if somebody could give me some advice, thanks

Your problem is just psychological and you should find a way to over-come it. The fact that you have no problems with masturbation tells that you could be scared of your first intercourse or have other issues that you should find a way to over-come in order to start practicing sex.

First of all, I don’t know why you are frightened by the pre-cum. Pre-cum is natural lubricant and you certainly have it even during masturbation but you obviously didn’t notice it since you have no worries during masturbation. Pre-cum must be there to help you lubricate the penis and the foreskin and it needs to be there before ejaculation to clear the urethral passage from urine so that sperm could go through without being burnt from urine acid.
So, pre-cum is not a bad thing, it is a good thing and it needs to be there. Not knowing this could have made a pressure on you and you were unable to hold your erection because of that. Just knowing this may help!

just one last thing to clear ... so,precum has absolutely no effect on erection? and so the only reason i'm losing my erection everytime i get wet is because i'm scared of it.

You guys are perfectly normal. The precum is there cause you're excited. And the erection goes away cause you're not reay for it yet.

I'll recommend you guys prepare your mind that you are gonna do it and its okay. And concentrate. The intial stages when you just get excited, you need to concentrate before you get to a stage when you're physically ready for it, i.e. all the blood is in there and its throbbin ;]
