HELP! b.c experiencing red then brown spotting as period. stressed pregnant!

Last month my period or what i thought was my period came on time, however at first it was red blood then turned to brown almost dry blood when i wipe and only enough for a little liner. I'm on the pill mycrogynon. i did have unprotected sex whilst finishing my last antibiodic which gave me a virus and lost a lot of weight from being sick. my period only ever lasts 2 days and very light however i'm concerned about the whole dry blood. Done 3 hpts a week after each other and all negative. I've been stressed for amonth about being pregnant and now this time round i'm experiencing the exact same 'period' with a slight cold. Does anyone have any ideas or possiblity of preg? It does my head in, i think about it 24/7 my bf thinks i'm going crazy. i take the pill religiously the same time everyday. no symptoms except slightly bloated stomach and tummy rumbling.

this is crazy..i thought i was going outa my mind.. honest to god i am having the same thing.. my period comes on time but is brown.. and dry.. i went in for my pap.. and the doc found dry blood.. but my tests came back normal!!! i thought it was crazy..i have actually scheduled a docs appt. for tuesday cuz i been freakin myself out thinkin i had a miscarraige.. all my preg. tests come out negative, like ur self.. i have no idea what is goin on.
