HELP foreskin problem

hi
im 13 and i cant pull back my foreskin when im hard, when im soft i can just get it over the head but it seems to be connected to the head by a small piece of skin but i dont want to pull back any further because im worried it will snap and bleed

pull it back slowly.....soaking in warm water will help this....once u get it back as far as you can...hold it for a little bit

do this often and that piece of skin connecting the foreskin with the penis (frenulum) will stretch
