HELP-significance of left temporal lobe swelling and hemangioma

I began having severe facial pain after some routine dental work. My neurologist gave me an MRI which showed that I have some swelling in the left temporal lobe, a hemangioma and a very small vascular loop. I am wanting to know what the significance of the swelling is as well as the hemangioma or anything else you can tell me. I have alzhiemers' in my family two generations on my fathers' side I am currently taking neurontin for my pain. thanks for your help with any or all of this.-C-
