My hemorrhoids do not hurt. I thought they went away until yesterday. I wiped and there was significant amount of blood on the paper. Will they go away on their own or should I get some hemorrhoid cream and if so which one? I have never had hemorrhoids until I had my baby 2 mos ago.

Hemorrhoids caused by childbirth are normal, and they often last for quite a while. You can choose to get hemorrhoid cream if you wish. You can also look into some herbs that are good for hemorrhoids.

Also, do you think some of it could be constipation? If so, you can add psyllium or flax seed into your diet.

Thank you. I will go buy some creams. No it's not constipation they slide right out with little pushing.
