| I had unprotected sex a few times about just over a month ago with a girl I didn't know that well. I remember her having a rash above her abdomen and having to put cream on it to heal before we had sex, when we were just friends and i now think i recall her having some bumps on her body similar to the ones I have. I was at the time unaware of any symptoms for HIV which was ignorant on my part. Now a month later I think i am detecting symptoms of sars which include what looks to be a rash developing inside and stemming around my bellybutton, some small red bumps on my chest that are kind of in a blotch and a purplish colored soar on the bone of my foot which is right on a bone near the toe. I haven't had any fever, vomotting or other early symptoms except one night i remember sweating profusely. she said she was tested and that she doesn't have any disease but i do not trust her so I am going to get tested for the disease and others. The question I have mostly is if anybody that knows about the disease had any of these symptoms, like the bumps and small rash or even a soar somewhere on the body and if this could be related to HIV or another disease. also I wanted to know what kind of HIV test is best to get within one month of contact which is most reliable because i heard that you could have a test come back negative and then 3 months later have the test be positive. Another one of my symptoms is what seems to be swollen glands in my throat but that could be due from my anxiety and all in my head. I posted this to know If anyone has any suggestions that would be helpful and the most help would be knowing the most reliable and accurate test for the disease so I could ease my anxiety and not worry about it months from now. |
