Hello there,
I would like to know if HMR (Health Management Resources) is one of many diet plans, that are not successful, or is HMR actually a successful plan.

Hello,
This a medically supervised programme. But HRM is for extremely obese people who cannot loose weight with other commercial diets. HRM focuses on low calorie diet and liquid meal replacements, counselling and lifestyle education. Programme has specific emphasis on exercise. The programme last for 18 months. Weekly programme costs 20 $ and liquid supplements cost 80 $; counselling costs about 100 $. HRM is quite expensive, if you look at the diet through money. However, if you want to improve your lifestyle, HRM is recommended by doctors.
