Time that is needed for drug to be completely eliminated from the system depends on several things. They are related to drug characteristics and also to characteristics of certain human organism like weight, height, kidney and liver function and influence of other medications. Approximately it can be expected that vicodine can be metabolized and eliminated out of system within 20-24 hours. I think that it can not be done within shorter period, but it can only take longer.
